(*) qualification materials includes:
- those required by the league TC (TDPs, technical info form, web page, ...)
- a questionnaire concerning the need for travel support (we intend to approve travel support before registration and subtract that value from the nominal fee, computed as usually, on a per league and per number of members basis).
