As you probably know, the Football European Cup 2004 - Euro2004 will take place in Portugal, in a time frame that includes the dates for RoboCup 2004. As Lisbon is the main city for Euro2004 (two quarter-finals, one semi-final and the final will be played in Lisbon's stadiums), room booking will not be an easy task, not only due to the expected number of Lisbon's visitors at that time but also because the hotel prices tend to rise as the event approaches.

Therefore, the RoboCup2004 organization strongly suggests participants to reserve their accommodation as soon as possible. One possibility is to do this through the RoboCup2004 Travel Agent, which already reserved some rooms for RoboCup2004 participants, at more acceptable rates.

Finally, participants that need Visa to enter Schengen space and want RoboCup2004 organization support should start handle this as soon as possible. RoboCup2004 organization has established formal contacts with portuguese Foreign Affairs Ministery in order to smooth Visa bureaucracy for RoboCup2004 participants.
