The venue of all activities will be the city of Lisbon, Portugal capital. The competitions will take place at one of the 10 000 m2 pavilions of Lisbon Industry Fair (FIL), located at the Parque das Nações, the site of the 1998 World Exposition (EXPO'98). The Symposium will be held at the Congress Center of the Instituto Superior Técnico.

To reach the Pavilion 4 of FIL, where Robocup will take place, the participants can use:

• the Subway, red line to ORIENTE Station.
• the bus lines 5, 10, 21, 50 and 68 can be used to reach the EXPO area. 
• a TAXI can be called by the phones 218155061 / 218125060 / 217932756, day or night. 
• by train, the Azambuja line can also be used to reach the ORIENTE train station.

If you arrive to Lisbon by airplane, from the airport to downtown you can use the AeroBus line or TAXIs.

Just a couple a blocks away from FIL there is the Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, where you can find several computer shops (Worten, Vobis, Triudus, ...), an Hipermarket and a collection of Restaurants.

The Hospital CUF das Descobertas is in the Expo area, just a couple of kilometers away from FIL.
