FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors of accepted papers/posters must submit the final version of their manuscripts no later than May 7 (this is a **hard** deadline, no further extensions), 12.00 p.m. Lisbon time.
1. Submitting the final version · Open the RoboCup Symposium's paper submission page at http://robocup2004.confmaster.net/pages/login.php?Conf=ROBOCUP2004 · Enter in your author's account and select "view own papers" to upload the final paper. · Only papers submitted in PDF format will be considered. Do NOT submit files in Word or similar formats. · Authors should not use any file protection that would prevent us from printing or introducing headers and page numbers. Do NOT use Acrobat Writer V3, otherwise some searches performed on the Proceedings CD-ROM might not find your paper. · Make sure that all fonts used in your PDF file are embedded to guarantee a correct appearance of the content. Also, do NOT use any non-Latin based character packages, like e.g. Chinese or Japanese packages.
2. Formatting your paper
The proceedings will be published by Springer Lecture Notes on Computer Science. The maximum number of pages allowed for full papers is 16. Posters are allowed up to 8 pages.
